At LV Furniture, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return period on all standard furniture items in their original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Items

  Disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics partner will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for the curbside pickup of your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
